Our Bakery

The oven is the protagonist of our bakery.

All manufacturing processes are very elaborate. The products are made one by one, without machines, without chains, that's why we have a great team. Finally, this becomes something special and authentic, like the bread that has been made since ancient times, and there is no better way of expression, what to enjoy it!!

Tehe difference between and industrial bread and an artisanal bread, apart from the raw materials, is in the Fermentation. Slow processes make bread tastier, healthier and easier to digest. Special flour is used, which becomes a high-quality sourdough. The dough is left to rest for the necessary shapes. Then, the dough is left at a low temperature for several hours until the pieces are doubled in size. And to all this we add cooking in a wood oven, with adequate temperatures to extract a good crust of bread and an extraordinary color.

Bread as an ally....

Are you one of those who start the day with bread? Great!!!! In the morning, bread provides the body with plenty of energy in the form of slowly digestible carbohydrates, the main food four our brain. Takeadvantage of this time of day to choose a wide variety of breads, with nuts, with sunflower seeds or with various cereals. They will satisfy you and give you extra energy.

Do you like to dip bread into your dish? Your grandmother's stew, or your mother's, or your father's, or your own preparation... Dipping bread in these tasty dishes has always been a tradition and an unmistakable sign of the pleasant taste of this food.

Snack bread: if you are an active person, or if your childrens are active, at this time of the day you will need a new shot of energy through slow-absorption carbohydrates. And again, bread is one of the best options.

Is it fattening to eat bread? Bread is characterized by a high amount of slowly absorbed carbohydrates. The main component is starch, which gives you the daily energy you nedd. Although this is often questioned, eating bread in itself does not make you fat, as its fat content is very low. However, the high consumption of carbohydrates, plus a sedentary life, favors the accumulation of fat. Therefore bread is not fattening, if you know how and when to eat it.

How much bread is recommended? As with all foods, excesses are not good. According to the WHO, the ideal average amount would be 250grams spread throughout the day. So we advise you a varied and balanced diet, where bread should not be missing.
